Triathlon Prep Clinic with Fleet Feet (RAMBLIN' ROSE CLINIC)

Fleet Feet is helping Chamber members through the Summer of Fitness Challenge with three ways to be active: Big Run, Smiley Triathlon, and Ramblin' Rose.

Triathlon season is here! We are excited to offer clinics this spring/summer to help you get ready for 2 awesome, LOCAL, upcoming races. THIS INFORMATION IS FOR THE RAMBLIN' ROSE CLINIC.
These clinics will help get the first-time triathlete, or the triathlete that needs a refresher ready for race day.

For Ramblin' Rose Triathlon training there are nine clinic dates:

Saturday, June 24^th: Swim/Run
Tuesday June 27^th: Ride
Saturday, July 8^th: Swim/Run
Tuesday July 11^th: Ride
Saturday July 15^th: Swim/Run
Tuesday July 18^th: Ride
Tuesday August 1^st: Ride
Saturday August 5^th: Swim/Run
Tuesday August 8^th: Ride

Swims will be held at 8AM at the Clemmons West pool and will be followed by a short run through the Clemmons West neighborhood. Rides will be held at 6PM at CG Hill park and will be headed by up the great team from Ken's Bike Shop. Our long-time triathlon coach, Mike Huddleston, will oversee the training clinics with the help of Mckaylin Darsey (seasoned triathlete that is new to our team but has coached elsewhere before).

If you need any bike assistance, be sure to reach out to the team at Ken's Bike Shop. Clemmons West is offering a separate lap swimming program for an additional $40. Email andrew@riveroakschurch.org if you are interested in the lap swimming option.

Registration fee & links: $90 for Ramblin' Rose.
Race entry fees are not included in the triathlon prep clinic fee.
