CANCELED EVENT: 
We are sad to say we have decided to cancel Lewisville Family Game Night
for the time being.  Our hope is to reschedule the event in the future.

The Lewisville-Clemmons Chamber of Commerce will host our 1st Lewisville Family Game Night on Saturday, January 27th from 2 PM to 7 PM.  This event is a partnership with the Town of Lewisville and the Winston-Salem Forsyth County Schools and will be a FREE, community-wide event.

Lewisville Family Game Night provides a venue for our local businesses to host timed games for families and children of all ages. VENDORS MUST REGISTER to reserve their space.  See below for deadlines.

Admission is FREE! 

Please Note: No pets, animals, smoking, or alcoholic beverages allowed.  Vendors may not sell goods or merchandise at this event.

EVENT PARTNER DEADLINES
Financials levels range between $150 - $500, though customized financial gifts are available (contact Denise@Lewisville-Clemmons.com).
- December 15th for Print Advertising
- December 31st for Signage only

VENDOR DEADLINES
- January 12th for all Vendors & Game Hosts

GAME HOST / VENDOR FEES*:

• Game Host - Chamber Members: $150
• Game Host - Non-Members: $200
• Event Partner / Game Host - "Player" -- $250
• Event Partner / Game Host - "Winner" -- $500
