Chamber Welcome Bags are provided to new residents free of charge and include items from our members to help them find the products and services they need in the Lewisville and Clemmons area.
Distribution points include the Village of Clemmons, the Chamber office, local banks, and real estate agencies.
Get in the Bag!
Ready to be top of mind for potential new clients, customers, or guests? Here are the guidelines for the program:
- Reserve your spot in the welcome bag and pay the $50 Fee!*
- Drop off 150 promo items by 8 AM on Friday, June 2nd.**
Examples of promo items include magnets, lip balm, coasters, chip clips, jar openers, letter openers, sports bottles, etc.
*ENVISION & INFLUENCE MEMBERS!
This is a part of your membership agreement!
Please continue to RSVP; the system will recognize your membership level and you will not be charged. However, you will have your spot RSVPd.
**Due to limited space and manpower in our Chamber office, we cannot store additional promotional materials.

Fees/Admission
