Join us for the Chamber's annual Non-Profit Showcase! This is a great opportunity to network, learn more about the non-profits in our community, and find new opportunities to support, as well as potential resources for your work or family.
SPACE IS LIMITED! First-come, first-served.
Select your preferred table size. We have 25 5' tables and 16 6' tables available.

*Non-Profit Set up at 9 AM. Tear down is at 2 PM.
POLICIES:
- Due to space constraints, only 2 representatives per table but you may invite other members of your organization or board.
- NEW: We are in a new venue and lunch is not included; the non-profit showcase is no longer a part of the monthly Chamber meeting but is a stand-alone event and open to the public. Please plan accordingly as food will not be served.
- DATE: Thursday, October 15, 2026
- SET UP TIME: Please arrive as early at 9 AM for set up and be ready by 10 AM.
- EVENT TIME: The Non-Profit Showcase is open to the public from 10 AM - 2 PM.
- TEAR DOWN: 2:01 PM. Please DO NOT tear down early.
- TABLES:
- We have 26 5' tables and 16 6' tables available -- first come, first served; you may select your table preference at registration.
- Tables are assigned.
- We do not provide table cloths.
- NOT ALLOWED:
- Floor banners; we do not have space.
- More than 2 representatives per table.
- RSVPs: We encourage our non-profits to sign up / commit to the Non-Profit Showcase by Monday, August 31st in order to allow us time to properly plan and market the event.
- HOW MANY TO PREPARE FOR: For the first time, we are hosting the Non-Profit Showcase as a standalone event and opening it to the public. Past events have welcomed over 200 attendees; while we cannot predict attendance for a free event, please plan accordingly. Should you run out of materials, please do not see that as an invitation to leave early, but an opportunity to TELL others about your organization. Make sure you have a sign up sheet to follow up with them with information.
