Nurturing Generations brings the NC Making It Work toolkit to life by giving employers an effortless, turnkey way to build lactation-friendly policies and gold standard pumping spaces to support parents returing to work, boost engagement and improve retention. This series is a professionally led, evidence-based program made accessible through grant funding in partnership with Improving Community Outcomes for Maternal and Child Health (ICO4MCH) initiative of the Forsyth County Department of Public Health. The series for supportive employers is meant for organizational leaders and decision makers. Taking place every Thursday in May our lunch sessions will be hosted at the Integenerational Center for Arts and Wellness.
