Our presentation will be on "The Secrets to Great Customer Service."
Great customer service is a hallmark of all successful businesses. Learn the secrets from three customer service experts - one national company, on regional company and one local company. This moderated panel discussion will give you an opportunity to hear first-hand how each of these businesses delivers service that generates sales and brand loyalty.
We will be collecting canned vegetables for the Clemmons Food Pantry this month. There will be a donation box at check in.
Please remember to bring one door prize from your company for the business card drawing. This is a great way to get your name recognized and gain a new customer!
We will have the 30 second $5.00 infomercials (for Chamber members only) at the end of the meeting if you have an announcement that you would like to make regarding your business.
Please RSVP if you will be attending the meeting. We need to give an accurate head count to the caterer. If you will be attending the meeting and not eating lunch, please RSVP that you will be attending the meeting and not having lunch so we can ensure sufficient seating.
