Beyond Goal Setting 101

Too many goal setting workshops talk about setting goals that are measurable, achievable, and time sensitive. Obvious statement, right? While all of that is true and useful, Matt Ketterman doesn't think goals have a great deal of substance until there is a DRIVING “WHY” behind them. Then it gets fun..and the process works. Matt will walk us through this hands-on presentation to show us how to make the most out of goal setting in the new year.

We are collecting oatmeal and grits this month for the Clemmons Food Pantry.
