2025 Clemmons Community Day

Lewisville-Clemmons Chamber of Commerce is excited to host the 14th annual CLEMMONS COMMUNITY DAY at the Jerry Long Family YMCA in Clemmons on Saturday, April 26, 2025! This year’s Clemmons Community Day promises to be another great and fun day, but we’re making some changes to make sure our vendors have some creative and budget-friendly options!

BECOME A VENDOR:

Clemmons Community Day provides a venue for our local businesses to feature their products and services. VENDORS MUST REGISTER to reserve their space.  Choose your own pricing based on four affordable models. 10 x 10 Space in each price point is limited! RSVP before January 31, 2025 and save $25. 

We have named our rows; each space includes a 10 x 10 tent space, 8' table, and 2 chairs). Space is limited:

• Electric Ave / Power Blvd: 25 spots available SOLD OUT!!!!
• Chamber Rd / Lewisville-Clemmons Rd: 24 spots available SOLD OUT!!!!
• Lewisville Ln / Clemmons Ct: 36 spots available

For the first time, we are offering the option to set up your own 10 x 10 space. This option does not include tent, table, or chairs.

• Bring Your Own Tent Way: 15 spots available. SOLD OUT!!!!

MEMBERS PRICING
NOTE:  Fees will reflect non-member pricing, however, the member pricing will be applied at check-out.  The system recognizes Chamber members and will automatically apply.

- January 31st for Early Bird Pricing (SAVE $25!)
- April 18th for all other Vendors

Optional:  Sign up for the FREE Booth Camp Zoom Meeting on March 26th at 2 PM, or sign up for the Mascot Dance Off!
 

PARTNERSHIP LEVELS BETWEEN $200 - $5000*:

Through the generous financial donations and support, the Lewisville-Clemmons Chamber of Commerce is proud to bring Clemmons Community Day to Clemmons. Your business or organization is invited to help fund this much loved community event! This is a great opportunity to meet potential customers face-to-face! Vendor Space is limited!

EVENT PARTNER DEADLINES
Financials levels range between $150 - $5000, though customized financial gifts are available (contact Denise@Lewisville-Clemmons.com).
- February 28th in order to be included on event bags
- March 14th in order to be included on t-shirts
- April 4th in order to be included on signage

NOTE:  No political campaigning / political groups are allowed.

We're looking forward to another amazing Clemmons Community Day this year! The event will take place rain or shine. 

Admission is FREE! We encourage everyone to bring non-perishable or canned food donations for the Clemmons Food Pantry.

We are also delighted that for the 4th year, Clemmons Community Day will commence at the same time / location as the Village of Clemmons' Farmer's Market!  Double your fun and visit both events at the same time!
