Hop Onboard the Christmas Express

NOVEMBER 23 - DECEMBER 15, 2025

Shop local for the holidays! Any retail business or restaurant is invited to participate! Residents and shoppers are encouraged to pick up a "train ticket" and visit all participating merchants for a special "stamp" on their ticket (no purchase necessary!)! When shoppers turn in their completed ticket by December 15th, they are entered in drawing for 3 prizes!

EXTENDED:  VENDORS MUST RSVP BY NOVEMBER 7th
 

Participating Merchants will receive tickets, posters, staff instructions, and a special stamp. Space is limited to 20 participating stores per year. Stores do not have to be located in Clemmons or Lewisville.

VENDOR FEES

• Chamber Members:  $75 + a minimum $20 Gift Certificate
• Non-Chamber Members:  $125 + a minimum $20 Gift Certificate

SHOPPER PARTICIPATION IS FREE & EASY!

• Pick up a “ticket” at the Lewisville-Clemmons Chamber of Commerce (3540 Clemmons Road, Suite 112) or Village Hall (3715 Clemmons Road). 
• Visit any or all of the participating merchants to get your ticket stamped! (No purchase is necessary.)
• Turn your ticket in to the Chamber or Village Hall by December 15, 2025 to be entered to win one of THREE door prizes.  Winners will be contacted by email and winners will be announced on Facebook on December 16th.
