DESCRIPTION:WE ARE SOLD OUT!  While we don't have any additional vendor space\,\n\nplease come out to join us on Saturday\, April 20th!  Stay tuned! \n\nDetails for 2025 will be published in late summer 2024.\n\n\n\nThe Lewisville-Clemmons Chamber of Commerce will host our 13th Annual Clemmons Community Day on Saturday\, April 20th from 10 AM to 2 PM. Once again\, we're partnering with the Jerry Long Family YMCA\, a member of our Chamber\, to host this FREE\, community-wide event.\n\n\n\nClemmons Community Day provides a venue for our local businesses to feature their products and services. VENDORS MUST REGISTER to reserve their space.  See below for deadlines.  \n\n\n\nNOTE:  No political campaigning / political groups are allowed.\n\nWe're looking forward to another amazing Clemmons Community Day this year! The event will take place rain or shine. \n\n\n\nAdmission is FREE! We encourage everyone to bring non-perishable or canned food donations for the Clemmons Food Pantry.\n\n\n\nWe are also delighted that for the 3rd year\, Clemmons Community Day will commence at the same time / location as the Village of Clemmons' Farmer's Market!  Double your fun and visit both events at the same time!\n\n\n\nPlease Note: No pets\, animals\, smoking\, or alcoholic beverages allowed.\n\n\n\nEVENT PARTNER DEADLINES\n\nFinancials levels range between $150 - $5000\, though customized financial gifts are available (contact Denise@Lewisville-Clemmons.com).\n\n- January 15th for Print Advertising\n\n- March 31st for Signage only\n\n\n\nVENDOR DEADLINES\n\n- February 16th for Early Bird Pricing (SAVE $25!)\n\n- April 19th for all other Vendors\n\n\n\nOptional:  Choose to add electricity\, sign up for the FREE Booth Camp Zoom Meeting on March 20th\, or sign up for the Mascot Dance Off!
