This program is designed to improve your listening skills. Developing the ability to really listen helps to build stronger professional and personal relationships. Did you know that we tend to remember just 25 percent of what we hear? To improve our listening skills\, we need to identify the reasons we are not listening. Then we can improve our listening skills by being aware of\, and focusing on\, those reasons when we find ourselves not listening. The bonus: Becoming a true listener will improve your memory!\n\n\n\n\n\nRSVPs must be received by 10 AM the Thursday BEFORE our meeting so we can give an accurate headcount to our caterer!
