Students experience several forms of mindfulness:
• Body scan meditation (relaxing and receiving the play of sensations) brings awakening through the body.
• Walking meditation is a simple practice for developing calm, connectedness, and embodied awareness.
• Mindful Yoga is a physical practice of familiar poses performed with a focus on being present in the moment.
• Centering mantra and breathing techniques (pranayama).
