2027 Clemmons Community Day

REGISTRATION FOR CLEMMONS COMMUNITY DAY 2027 will open in December 2026.
 

Lewisville-Clemmons Chamber of Commerce is excited to host the 16th annual CLEMMONS COMMUNITY DAY at the Jerry Long Family YMCA in Clemmons on Saturday, April 24, 2027! This year’s Clemmons Community Day promises to be another great and fun day, but even if you are familiar with Clemmons Community Day,  please be sure to read all these details to make sure you're aware of our updates / changes.

BECOME A VENDOR:

Clemmons Community Day provides a venue for our local businesses to feature their products and services. VENDORS / PARTNERS MUST REGISTER to reserve their space.  Choose your own pricing based on four affordable models. 10 x 10 Space in each price point is limited! We have a limited number of early bird discounts!  Hurry to register and save $25.* 

We have named our rows; with the exception of Bring Your Own Tent Way, each space includes a 10 x 10 tent space.

We are arranging for vendor drop off on Friday, April 23rd.  We will have overnight security on site to monitor everyone's belongs.  You don't have to set up on Friday, but your materials should be dropped off on Friday.  CCD Vendors will not be allowed in the parking lot zoned for the Clemmons Farmers' Market.

The row of tents in front of the bounce zones.  

Limited space for Bring Your Own Tent Way: this option allows you to set up your own 10 x 10 space. It does not include tent, table, or chairs.

NOTE:  Fees will reflect not-yet-member pricing, however, the member pricing will be applied at check-out.  The system recognizes Chamber members and will automatically apply.

VENDOR DEADLINES*

*Discounts cannot be combined.  Membership-level discounts only apply to one tent.  Additional spaces charged at the standard rates.  Refunds are not available.

Optional:  Sign up for the FREE Booth Camp on March 24th at 2 PM!  Booth Camp is hybrid; available as in-person or Zoom.
 

PARTNERSHIP LEVELS BETWEEN $200 - $5000*:

Through the generous financial donations and support, the Lewisville-Clemmons Chamber of Commerce is proud to bring Clemmons Community Day to Clemmons. Your business or organization is invited to help fund this much loved community event! This is a great opportunity to meet potential customers face-to-face! Vendor Space is limited!

EVENT PARTNER DEADLINES
Financials levels range between $150 - $5000, though customized financial gifts are available (contact Denise@Lewisville-Clemmons.com).
- February 28th in order to be included on event bags
- March 13th in order to be included on t-shirts
- April 3rd in order to be included on signage

NOTE:  No political campaigning / political groups are allowed.

We're looking forward to another amazing Clemmons Community Day this year! The event will take place rain or shine. 

Admission is FREE! We encourage everyone to bring non-perishable or canned food donations for the Clemmons Food Pantry.

REMEMBER!  We are also delighted that for the 6th year, Clemmons Community Day will commence at the same time / location as the Village of Clemmons' Farmer's Market!  Double your fun and visit both events at the same time!  PLUS -- both events are starting at 9 AM!!!!  This means Clemmons Community Day will begin an hour earlier!!!!
