2026 Welcome Bag Registration

Chamber Welcome Bags are provided to new residents free of charge and include items from our members to help them find the products and services they need in the Lewisville and Clemmons area.

 

Distribution points include the Village of Clemmons, the Chamber office, local banks, and real estate agencies.

 

Get in the Bag!

Ready to be top of mind for potential new clients, customers, or guests? Here are the guidelines for the program:

 

1. Reserve your spot in the welcome bag and pay the $50 Fee!*
2. Drop off 200 promo items to the Chamber office by June 15th! 

 

Examples of promo items include magnets, lip balm, coasters, chip clips, jar openers, letter openers, sports bottles, etc.

 

*ELITE, IMPACT, ENVISION, & INFLUENCE MEMBERS!

This is a part of your membership agreement!

Please continue to RSVP; the system will recognize your membership level and you will not be charged.  However, you will have your spot RSVPd.
 

*CREATE MEMBERS!

You are eligible for 50% off.

Please continue to RSVP; the system will recognize your membership level and apply your discount.

 

**Due to limited space and manpower in our Chamber office, we cannot store additional promotional materials.

If no one is in the office, please leave your material outside the door under the wooden table. 
 

Fees/Admission

$50 per item included in the welcome bags.  If you want to include more than one item in the bag, select the appropriate quantity.
