Please join us as we celebrate this exciting launch.\n\n\n\nOur keynote speaker will be Eric Rowles\, president and CEO of Leading to Change. As a nationally recognized trainer\, speaker and consultant\, his energetic and innovative presentations over the past 15 years have been called legendary!\n\n\n\nEric's topic will be SOUTHWEST TO STARBUCKS: Customer Service Comes Alive! We'll take a fresh look at how we design and implement effective and relevant customer service with a rapid-fire overview of over six customer service models   from Apple's tightly-guarded employee training to Krispy Kreme and USAA's re-branded customer interaction systems.\n\n\n\nOur caterer this month will be Simply Southern.\n\nWe are collecting rubber balls (baseball-sized) and pencils for Hand in Hand\, an annual event for underserved children in the Winston-Salem area\, hosted by Rotary of Clemmons and Agape Faith Church. Please help us fill the donation box!\n\n\n\nPlease RSVP if you will be attending the meeting. We need to give an accurate headcount to the caterer. If you will be attending the meeting and not eating lunch\, please RSVP that you will be attending the meeting and not having lunch so we can have sufficient seating.\n\n\n\nThank you and we hope to see you on the 13th!
