She has a BS in Marketing from Rutgers College and a MBA in marketing from Wake Forest University. In March 2006\, Keith and Emily chose to leave careers with BB&T and Sara Lee to leverage their passion for lifetime fitness sports by opening Fleet Feet. For both of them\, Fleet Feet Sports represents the perfect balance of career\, lifestyle\, family\, and community.\n\n \n\nIn 2010\, Emily and Keith started the local shoe charity Mission: Feet First and since then have fit 1000s of local homeless\, tent city residents\, and students in low-income schools for new shoes. In addition\, Emily and her family have been serving in Kenya since 2014. They recently helped raise the funding to build a school in Kenya and continue to invest their resources to empower Kenyan youth. Emily is mom to 3 daughters\, has been married to Keith for 19 years and has finally figured out that following Jesus's plan for her life will always get the best results.\n\n\n \n\nRSVPs must be received by 10 AM the Thursday BEFORE our meeting so we can give an accurate headcount to our caterer! Seating must be reserved for the meeting\, whether lunch is ordered or not! \n\n\n\nMonthly Chamber Meetings are a Chamber Member benefit. If you are not a member\, you are welcome to attend one meeting\, but you will be asked to join our Chamber for any meeting thereafter.\n\n\n\nOur 2023 Word of the Year is "Purpose!"
