SUMMARY:August Chamber Meeting
DESCRIPTION:Please join us for our August 9 meeting sponsored by Better Business Bureau of Northwest North Carolina.\n\n \n\nPat Ivey with the North Carolina Department of Transportation will be our guest speaker. He will deliver a comprehensive update of current and planned transportation projects in NC Division 9 (Forsyth\, Stokes\, Davie\, Davidson\, and Rowan Counties).\n\n\n\nThe caterer will be Milner Brothers. They will be serving summer greens salad with preserved lemon vinaigrette\, grilled marinated chicken breast with tomato-lemon jus\, herbed roasted new potatoes\, roasted farm summer vegetables\, triple chocolate brownie bites\, and bourbon pecan bites.  Lunch cost will be $10 for members and guests.\n\n \n\nWe will be collecting canned vegetables for the Clemmons Food Pantry this month.  There will be a box when you check in to put your items in.\n\n \n\nAlso\, please remember to bring one door prize from your company for the business card drawing.  This is a great way to get your name recognized and gain a new customer!\n\n\n\nWe will have the $5.00 infomercials (for Chamber members only) at the end of the meeting if you have an announcement that you would like to make regarding your business. \n\n \n\nPlease RSVP TODAY if you will be attending the meeting.  We need to give an accurate head count to the caterer.  If you will be attending the meeting and not eating lunch\, please RSVP that you will be attending the meeting and not having lunch so we can have sufficient seating.\n\n \n\nThank you and we hope to see you on August 9!
