DESCRIPTION:Hop Onboard the Christmas Express\n\n \n\nNOVEMBER 17 - DECEMBER 13\, 2024\n\nShop local for the holidays! Any retail business or restaurant is invited to participate! Residents and shoppers are encouraged to pick up a "train ticket" and visit all participating merchants for a special "stamp" on their ticket (no purchase necessary!)! When shoppers turn in their completed ticket by December 11th\, they are entered in drawing for 3 prizes!\n\n\n\nEXTENDED: VENDORS MUST RSVP BY NOVEMBER 7th\n\n \n\nParticipating Merchants will receive tickets\, posters\, staff instructions\, and a special stamp. Space is limited to 20 participating stores per year. Stores do not have to be located in Clemmons or Lewisville.\n\n\n\nVENDOR FEES\n\n\n Chamber Members: $75 + a minimum $20 Gift Certificate\n Non-Chamber Members: $125 + a minimum $20 Gift Certificate\n\n\nStore fees help cover the cost of printing / marketing the event while the Gift Certificates are used on the mini-Christmas trees given as our 3 prizes! \n\n\n\nTo learn more about Christmas Express\, contact the Chamber at 336.970.5100.\n\n \n\nSHOPPER PARTICIPATION IS FREE & EASY!\n\n\n Pick up a "ticket" at the Lewisville-Clemmons Chamber of Commerce (3540 Clemmons Road\, Suite 112) or Village Hall (3715 Clemmons Road). \n Visit any or all of the participating merchants to get your ticket stamped! (No purchase is necessary.)\n Turn your ticket in to the Chamber or Village Hall by Sunday\, December 13\, 2024 to be entered to win one of THREE door prizes.
